1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (MST) will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or restocks), processing times may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or from your Cocojunia.com account (if applicable).


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories

  • Selected international countries

If we do not currently ship to your country, you will be notified during checkout.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country.

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur an additional reshipping fee.

  • If your package is undeliverable and returned, contact us at lsvretail@gmail.com for assistance.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first and then email us at lsvretail@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping time will be displayed on the product page.
Orders containing multiple items will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.
