We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our 15-day return policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt).

  • Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact us at lsvretail@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Our support team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized products


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

If your return is rejected (e.g., item shows signs of use or damage), it will be sent back to you at your expense.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at lsvretail@gmail.com.

  2. Include photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost returns.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take additional time before your refund is posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at lsvretail@gmail.com.
